I need your advices

I always thought my puffy nipples are due to the fats and still not sure whether this is fat or gyne. I have been doing chest work out, but it feels like my nipples have protruded more than before. I need your advices on my condition

I'm 25, my height: 5feet 8 inches   , weight : 180 lbs.

If I need surgery, will excision be sufficient or also need liposuction?

Considering my age, skin tone,  weight ,   Will there be noticeable scar on my areola?

You have gynecomastia. You will require surgery to optimize your results.You have both glandular tissue and fat but I suspect you are predominantly glandular.I combine excision with liposuction.If excision is performed without liposuction you tend to get what is called a saucer deformity ,with there being a sharp and noticeable transition between the excised region and the surrounding area.

I agree with Dr. Pensler -- most likely lipo and excision would be appropriate for you.  The scar around the edge of the areola usually heals to be quite imperceptible -- but it requires great care in suturing.  that is why a plastic surgeon is the best person to do your surgery.
