i've been working out steadily for bout 2 years nowhere near a "bodybuilder" but i like to look healthy(err f*ckin gyne) im 20 years old and can bench 245 clean. all i like to take is my efa's iso protien and no-xlpode for energy.

are you planning on getting the gyno removal? and which doctor?

yea i would like to book a consultation to get this removed. dr. feilding is very experienced and i like the prices ive been readin. after doing some research i think i would get the best results by lowering my bf to around 9% or lower( i would need to cut my current bf in half)
the gyne spreads and combines with the fat, that's why u read about the guys who have to leave gland in or they will get indented nipples(i belive the puffiness will stay using this method), they are just to fat. i would think my nipples could lye flat against my chest muscles.
anyways good luck finding a surgeon.
