Gland

Hey

If you get the puffy nipples is that the gland tissue underneath pushing up that causes them to react in this way?  Like most people who get this when they're 'hard' i'm quite happy, but they change from one to the other so quickly.  If it is mostly gland (it's a fairly mild case i'd say) and is removed is the result normally good? Would they stay flat after it's been removed?

If done correctly, then excision of the gland should indeed make them flat again and not puffy.
