gland going away?

I've had gyne for about 2 1/2 years now, and when i first got it, my glands were pretty big.  Lately I've noticed that the gland is starting to break up and doesn't feel like i have them anymore.  Does this mean its finally going away?

The gland is neither breaking up nor is it going away. It is shrinking--- Which is what you want.
