I need help... still have swelling

HI all

Im one month post op, at the first weeks I had hard lamps as my PS said it's just swelling and he wrote me  massage cream for swelling, now its more soften but I notes my breast bigger than first weeks. My PS always said it will go, these is all blood and needs more time.

I'm worried at the current time and I afraid that my breasts will back again.

my Q is : what do you think for my case? is it normal?

are there any exersices that help to reduce the swelling?

i am on 5th week and  has lill swelling..
i am doing nothing spcl...juss wearing compression vest almost 24 * 7.

I did only lipo, the results so fat is good approximatly 85% but I think its still not purly flat,is it possibly my chest muscle??

Also, since I'm overweight, and my breast were big, so now I have sugging around my nipple
How long it takes to the skin to be tight?

What are the exercises that help to reduce swelling and tighten the skin?

When I have to wear stage two compression vest?
