My advice is - tell your P.S. that you do NOT want your nipples to look scarred, or abnormally shaped in any way as a result of the surgery. You do not want to have to always explain why your nipples have scars and an irregular shape. It has been correctly and artistically done by surgeons on occasion - but so many botch the job.  Just make sure you have the best surgeon in the world. Insist on seeing his before and after photos of many of his patients. If he won't show photos - get the h--- out of there! If he does show you photos, look at them with a critical eye!!!!!!!
This doctor talked to me with the utmost confidence in his work, even though he was a humble man.  He has offered to do any revision surgeries for free and told me that the chances of me having to come back in were very low.  Also, because my case is pretty minor, there is an even smaller chance of mistakes.

Thank you for the compliment, but I do not look normal in a T-shirt, and not only that, but I do not feel like myself looking like this.

I am very excited for this procedure, this PS is extremely experienced, and is one of the best surgeons in London.

Yeah good luck.  It looks like you will benefit from surgery.  I'm getting mine done soon too.  I'm in pretty good shape, and my gynecomastia is not severe.  I choose to have a doctor perform the operation based on his experience and methods.  He didn't have many before and after photos to show but I don't think that should be the only factor in deciding.  He uses arthroscopic shaver and lipo so he doesn't have to go through the nipple.  Not that the nipple route is bad, but I've read up on the shaver tech. and it seems to be good.

Dude, you have nothing. Do some excercise and you will be in perfect shape.

  • My body is my temple.
It's your decision rage and I wish you the best of luck.  You seriously lucked out with the surgery being free and all too.  I think the surgery would be rather quick and easy and hopefully you'll be pleased.  You're in peak condition and should handle the operation very well I'd imagine.  I agree with manboobsbgone though, you need to be very vocal with your surgeon.  I wish I would have said more to my surgeon or talked more before going with him.

But never the less, good luck!
