Having surgery on 10th of June..

Hi there all of you.

I'm having a surgery on 10th of June to get this removed. In my case it's mostly fat, so it COULD be mostly removed by doing liposuction in the area, but I'm very afraid about that the skin will be just hanging after that.. I asked my doctor if he could also remove some of the extra skin around my chest... but that will cost me extra scar around my nipple on both sides..

What would you guys do? Should I get the liposuction only, or get some of the skin removed too.. and get a scar around? All suggestions appreciated.

I actually can have it done in two surgeries, but when the liposuction is done I'll be sleeping during the whole procedure.. but if I decide to wait and see if some skin need to be removed.. then it will be done when I'm awake.. and I can't stand thinking of that.
