hey dasco. yours looks very similar to mine but a bit better since there's less overhang of the chest fat. the sides look a little better too. if it's not hard don't expect it to get much better. I think you will need a touch up if you want really good results. just my opinion.

hey dasco forgot to add that since you are only 4 weeks you should have a bit more of swelling reduction so that will make things better. realistically though I think you can't expect a huge improvement over what you see now.

I think that it's either swelling,hopefully because it will go down with time, or it's left over fat....Do you have any more post op pics and maybe some pre op so we can compare?

if it is skin how long till it goes back.  could it be skin?  does it look like it

anyone know how long skin would take to adhere back to the muscle or chest area?
