hi, im getting very paranoid about the size of my nipples. lately they have seemed to thicken up and stick out a mile and its really annoying. it looks like i have cow udders. why is this?

i do have some gyno in my left nipple and very very minor in my right, i also have some pseudo gyno i believe.

if i was to get surgery will it remove this and how long will i need to take off work for a job like plumbing.

So your left nipple is slightly larger than the right? Your nipples are poking out but I wouldn't say they look like cow udders. If you were at the beach I wouldn't even notice your nipples. Your chest looks fine to me, I would love to have your chest. :)

Hi Bozz12,

If there is anything there I can't really see it.  I have worked on group healthcare since 1982.  One of the sections I deal with is patient satisfaction.  99+% of the guys here who have surgery don't have results as good as yours.  I don't know what you would expect surgery to do for you.  What would you expect for results?  Look at the "after" pictures and read the comments.  I don't see that there is any significant probability for noticeable improvement.  I'm not a doctor, just a consultant and analyst.  Go look at my pictures on page 2 of User Photos at the moment.  With that pair of DDs I have, there is lots of room for improvement. I don't see how the chance of improvement for you is equal or greater than the chance of unhappy side effects. Others might express other ideas.  Good luck.  I wish you a satisfactory outcome whatever you do.

You have a well contoured chest with puffy nipples.  That means there is excess tissue directly under the areolas.  The only way to correct your condition is with surgery to carefully remove the excess tissue while preventing a crater-type deformity.

Best advice:  if you wish to have this corrected, then consult with a plastic surgeon who is a specialist in gyne surgery.
