Hello, and thanks in advance for any helpful info that I could get. I am 26 years old, and I have been overweight for most of my life. I have always just assumed that my chest looked to way it does because of my weight problem. I have been working out now for two years. I have gone from 28% body fat to 17%. I admit that I could still loose a few more pounds, but it seems like not matter how much I work out, my chest still has a dome/pointed look to it. I have seen other websites that say lots of people have "puffy nipples" instead of gynecomastia. So that is exactly what my question is. Do I gave gynecomastia. Do I need the full gynecomastia surgery, or could I get away with the nipple flattening surgery and a little more dieting? My last question is the same one I'm sure everyone asks... What is an estimate for the cost of surgery for my particular case.
