Yea, the crease is a small concern, its the shitty contouring that I am worried about. He may tell me to get to 10% bf and ill look good, but darn man; I probably could have looked pretty good pre-op with 10% bf. That's not the point; there are dudes way heavier than me that got MUCH better outcomes because the doc knew what he was doing, and more importantly cared. This guy always seems to be trying to rush me in and out and I am not gonna let it happen tomorrow.

Basically, if you look at me head on it looks like my nips are almost half round. The top looks totally normal, then they come down and like straight across/sunken in. -- From the side its noticeable, but not as bad, looks more like a pec ... I TRULY believe Lipo would fix all of this. Sadly, I think I am just gonna start saving now.. Makes me SO sad man, I REALLY thought I got the best guy around. In retrospect the first guy I saw that wasn't board certified (and 1k cheaper) prob would have done the best job. He explained he mainly did lipo then removed only SOME gland and sure to NOT take too much. He stressed that big time, where as my 'expert' acted pretty damn confident/arrogant, then jacked me up. That's my luck, over think everything then get f'd. hah

Crossfit,

I am sorry about all this.  Except for crease - i like the way you look, but it is about your view not mine. You were not that bad, actually looked pretty good before, so you would think it would be easy to adjust to your desired level.

After your Thursday appointment, I would get a second opinion. I would not suggest going back to the first doc (cause he might have an axe to grind with you skipping him). Find another brand new qualified guy and make an appointment to have him check you out. Bring all photos. Armed with a second opinion you might have legit ammo to go after your guy if the new doc confirms your concerns - or he might just tell you it will heal better and not to worry. I feel you need an objective expert consult right now. Too many emotions we have after surgery.

I am about to take my vest and head wrap off in an hour for a shower. I am trying to keep my expectations to my own level of tshirt worthy.

*sigh*   Man, this is tough.  Greatlakes is right, there are too many emotions after surgery so it's hard to look at things objectively, maybe going to another doc is the best bet.  And HOPEFULLY, you will be told to give it a few more weeks.

Just to clarify, your nipples appear messed up when looking head on, relaxed, right?    I'm perplexed as to why you would get that affect, my understanding is that the puffiness comes from the gland, not fat.   But I could most certainly be wrong.

Best of luck, Greatlakes.  Can't wait to hear what you think.

Yea it looks bad relaxed then even worse when flexed..ok..it basically looks like he removed from mid nipple and down. Nothing above. Hard to explain

So to your point, you think that if you went back and lipo'd the top half from mid nipple up the chest, you'd be evened out and look good?   I look forward to see what your doc says tomorrow.  Try to demand revision lipo surgery from him, dude.  (easier said than done, I know, but it can't hurt to give it a shot.

Yea, thats what I am thinking... i am gonna try, but I already know theres just about no chance. I am gonna really try to show how upset I am, if he cares maybe he will reason with me

Gotta keep attitudes positive, man. Again, much easier said than done.  What time is the appointment?  I really hope that this guy surprises us, us like time believe that good people still exist in the world.

at 4pm... Yea man, we shall see. For now I just can't wait to get in the gym and start training. It will be good for my mind and body.

I was planning on starting cardio/light weight stuff this week but I came home from my trip with a cold. Pounding vit C and gonna hit some theraflu and crawl into bed here soon.

Agreed. It's amazing how much you miss these things when you aren't able to do them.

OK, so good and bad I suppose..

He said I was healing fine, started the usual 'rush you the f outta here' thing, but then I expressed my dislike in the contour. He then said that the only thing he saw was the crease (in my left nip) and said it should come out. I pointed up to the fatty shit on the upper/outer quadrant and he said that it was just fat, not gland. He recommended that I slim down some, but if need be he'd go back in and lipo it out.

I was definitely relieved to hear him even mention lipo, I asked about fees and he just kinda chuckled and said they would be 'significantly lower'. I am assuming I'd just pay for anesthesia. As he was walking out he told me 'we could maybe even do it under local', then strolled on out. Never really heard of lipo being done under local, but who knows. -- I KNOW the dude is a really good surgeon. He's world renown for being a 'breast expert', I just question why he half assed my surgery? Maybe he just overlooked it? Either way, you'd think with all his experience, it would have been done correctly after the first shot.

However, I am definitely relieved; I honestly thought he'd be more of a male thingy and pretty much say I would have to start from scratch if I wasn't happy. The fact he seemed cool with doing the lipo for cheap makes me feel a little more at ease.

He said no more vest or anything, "just go train hard!" lol...If that dude reminds me of how fat I am one more time I am gonna scream..lmao

Anyway, main focus now is the gym and diet. Get down in bodyfat and see how it all shapes out. I may have him lipo in a couple months, just for the sake of not having to worry about having these nasty fat deposits in my chest no matter where my  weight goes the rest of my life.

Where's the bad news part?!  Sounds like it was successful, man.  Glad he thinks you're healing well.  No more vest or compression of any kind?  That's pretty awesome. And you're cleared to lift as heavy as you want?  Nice.  I'm anxious to see how much you can press after being off for So long.  I'm afraid I'm not gonna be able to Rep 135!

Anyway, glad it went well.  When does he expect the creases to clear up?

Haha well, I suppose the 'bad' would be the fact I may have to go under the knife again and pay more $$. Going under the knife isn't the issue, it would be the $$. Not sure just how much, I am sure it wouldn't be too bad; but the fact he didn't get it right the first time at my expense ...sucks.

Like I said though, focus is on getting in the gym and busting my butt. We'll see how everything else plays out.
