4 months and 2 days post operation!
It's been a little while since I updated you all with my current condition, healing progress etc, and others may be at the same point of healing as myself so this will serve, at the very least, as a comparison guide.
Overall I am more than happy with my results, but certainly wish to be honest with you all, and confirm I'm not 100% happy. That's not to say that I regret having the operation (single best purchase of my life, without a single measure of doubt). Rather, there's still a couple of niggles which I hope iron out over time.
There's two main issues and one minor, which I think will require time and patience to correct themselves. Hopefully you'll be able to notice in the pictures below (you all know how photo heavy I am, can't resist).
1) My upper chest (i.e. my pectoral muscles) are massive. Levick mentioned I have big pecs, in a complimentary way, mere moments before my surgery (I was in the operatin theatre). I work out circa 5 nights a week, doing a multitude of different workout types but the only one I can think that directly works my chest is push ups, and I only do around 60 a night. This, I believe, is leading onto problem numero 2;
2) There seems to be some fat/swelling left under both nipples. From the profile, you can't see it, but from a slight angle it's very noticeable. It looks like exceptional minor gynocomastia to me, but feels so soft it can't be gland. I don't have "much" body fat either, so I don't know whether bringing my body fat percentage down further will help. I'm more than happy to experiment and try though.
3) There's still sensitivity under the nipples (possibly relating to the above two points) and through this I am massaging twice a week. It seems to help, for the most part, but I feel that I shouldn't be massaging this far in.
Other than those two negatives* I am more than happy with the entire experience. I am now wearing tight tops, and my wardrobe has changed radically over the last four months, both in terms of new items and items I purchased prior to surgery, which are now getting put to good use.
The biggest change is noticeable within my confidence. Two works colleagues are aware of the surgery and have noticed this, but the feeling is more noticeable within myself. It hasn't changed me as a person per'se, but it has developed my self esteem and I am grateful for Levick for giving me that freedom for which I yearned for such a long time.
*Please don't dwell on those, us Brits love to complain rather than praise as you all know...!
Comments, feedback and questions obviously welcome, as always.
Onto the photos;
