Loved your write up mate!

The things I'm most worried about is getting taxis and stuff to and from the clinic and then getting food and stuff. Is it hard to communicate where you want to go with the taxi drivers?

Also, are you allowed to bring your antibiotics and oils onto the plane in your carry-on luggage? I'm not bringing a regular suitcase you see, and I don't want the stuff taken off of me when I try to come back from Poland

thankx mate, hope it helps you in some way.
dont worry at all mate, jeremy will arrange the taxi to blood test and ultrasound and clinic that day. dr clark will book your taxi back to the hotel after op. then we just told reception at the hotel when we wanted a taxi the following day and they arrange it. just be outside 5mins before the time arranged. we also got a couple taxis randomly in the street and just showed them our hotel room key with the name on and they all knew where to go.

in the food court in the galaxy mall all the cashiers spoke english so no prob there. in the little supermarkets and shops just grabbed what we needed went to the till and said hello so they knew we were english and they just point to the price on the cash register and you give them the money. its really not a problem to communicate mate.

right, you can take your heparin ointment, antibioics and pain killers on carry on but theres a rule where you cant take bottles of 100ml plus of liquid through security/passport control (people were making explosives or something) so you wont be able to take the little bottle of cleaning fluid (150ml) that you clean your nipples with before aplying the jelonets. just get another one before you go so youve got it when you get home. also buy jelonets cos she only gives you enough while your out in poland. got some from my chemist on saturday.

Thanks so much for the info mate, really appreciate it, that's helped put me at ease a lot!

Another question I have is how did you pay the remaining amount for the surgery? I really don't wanna take out over a grand from the bank and pay in cash, but I also feel a bit nervous about paying that much into Jeremey's bank account before I've even flown out there

I personally paid my deposit, waited and then paid the remaining amount about 10 days before flying out. (Be aware they don't accept payment between 24th-1st of month for accounting or something?) just get receipts from the cashier at HSBC wen u pay in & keep any emails Jeremy sends saying funds received I know Aaron had to pay an extra 250 for lipo and wired it over the net to Jeremy's account the morning post op. so if u have Internet you could ask to do that. Either way with everyone's experiences there mate it's not like its some random no ones ever used before.

By the way, feeling better & better bout my chest each day. 1weeks post op will go up Tomoz.

Chris

Wezzer, give this link a go mate i1280.photobucket.com/albums/a486/cjc85gyno/

You will have to copy and paste into the internet browser but you will see all of Chris's pics there.

Chris - it would be great to see any before op pics you may have, or even better if Dr Clarke has any before photos? Just saw your latest ones mate and I would be absolutely over the moon if I had results like that! Went for a run last night and trying to eat clean but I doubt I will reduce any fat and reduce the appearence of my puffy nipples :(

Hope the job hunting goes well anyway mate!

Thanks mate, obviously from personal experience I know getting lean will not rid the gyno and stubborn fat attracted to the gland. But the leaner you are then the better you will look immediately after surgery! High protien calorie controlled diet mate, cardio & weights and you can't go wrong.

Ill search for the befores mate

Its a shame to hear this and I think this is a reality I am going to have to face. You look very lean so completely agree with you.

Thanks for digging the pics out would be great to compare my chest with yours, mine doesnt look bad in pictures and im worried that Jeremy will say we cant see anything wrong with your chest even though the breast specialist has said I have slight gyno.

I will keep checking your photobucket :)

i know its probably not what you wanted to hear mate but its the reality, i got down to like 6% bodyfat after a 12weeks diet of fish, chicken and the odd bowl of oats before training, yeh my chest looked normal to anyone else, but was it maintainable? no way! as soon as my bodyfat crept to 10percent, where i still have abs etc my chest was abnormally distributed with fat. i wasted so many years debating whether to get surgery and now i regret so much not getting it sooner. when u can sfford it bite the bullet mate, if you can feel hard gland under your nips then it doesnt matter what your pics will look like to jeremey, you are paying for the operation. as i previously said i even pinched my nipples etc for my before pics cos i was so ashamed of letting anyone see my gyno at its worse, was it worse in my head than to other people? probably, but i done this for my own peace of mind, and happiness.

should be able to dig around for pics sometime tonight, i dont forget dont worry,

Wezzer,

after a bit of thought, before you go to poland pop into superdrug, boots and they sell small 100ml travel bottles.take one with you and a clear sandwhich bag. before you leave poland, transfer the 150ml disenfectant into a 100ml bottle (you lose a bit obviously) and put it in the clear sandwhich bag. then you can bring this back through security. saves you having to hunt for the dissenfectant in the uk before you go,

That's a really good idea, I'll defo do that mate! About a month and two weeks until i go and get mine done, I'm really nervous but I know it's necessary as gyno has held me back my whole life. Just gonna bite the bullet! I wish I'd done it when I first got a job tbh, but I'm only 24 so hopefully it'll make a difference to my life so I can still enjoy what year sof my 20's I have left!

Hey mate, I wanted to ask, how much was it in total for taxis, medication and the blood tests/sonogram?

So although I knew about scar tissue. I wernt prepared for it. Couple days ago it started forming thick and fast, now have a golf ball of thick tissue under each nipple. Looks awful. Worse than pre gyno to be honest. Prob won't update for a while cos pretty bummed. Will def be getting kenalog injections in few months if by any chance it doesn't go. If not surgery will be done in a year or so to remove it. I just prey it does go down naturally.

Aww dude :( I specifically remember  someone saying that Dr Clark had said to them that people with smaller glands (which I imagine you had) find the scar tissue much harder to deal with because it looks bigger than what they had before, but those with big glands handle it better because it\s usually smaller than the gland before. Apparently you gotta give it at least 6 months before you even consider kenalog injections. Just lots of massage dude! I'm sure the guys who have dealt with scar tissue can give you some hope!
