I'm curious to know how the gland feels like if you are trying to find it yourself. Anybody know a good way to check and how it should feel like, whether is a soft gland, normal gland, muscle, or fat, etc?

Bump. Can anybody explain how the gland feels like compared to: fat, muscle, soft gland, etc?

hard to say really.  no one can really tell u, but if there's something slippery behinde nipple and feels different than stuff around it.. it's gland.

sometimes it's hard lump.  sometimes it's really disperesed and squishy, but sometimes clumped together.

there's lots of different kinds of gyno.

Gynosucks1 is correct. The gland can feel like a lot of things. In some instances it can be as soft as fat and look almost like fat when surgically removed. Check for small lumps large lumps patches of hard breast matter. Check your entire bottom chest region. Under your arms, around your nipple, below it, under it toward the middle of your chest etc. It is usually concentrated within a few inches surrounding the nipple making the nipple puffy and that area stick out.

Two good answers already.

Sometimes even really good Doctors are unsure.
