Mate you must be thrilled with the results so far!
Because you are slim there was clearly no way you could hide your chest before, but with mine, as I am overweight everybody kept saying that I had fat breasts and surgery was not the answer.
Anyway it's in the shower for me then a few pics of to the main man levick for 7 day review.

Yeah pretty pleased so far.  Anything off would be a result really :)  i know I am all binded up to billyos but I keep checking out how I look from the side and I can't get my head round it.  When I had a surgical vest on before I thought it was covering me up nicely but now looking at the difference I am amazed mates weren't taking the mick out of me.   It didn't look right before at all.  Let alone without a vest on!!
Ps vest and binder is worse for my kidneys!! It's going to be a struggle at work next week in this gear I think.

Looking really good man. Had my op with Dr Levick on yhe 7th May, three weeks today. I know how you feel with the binder and compression vest, it's really testing my patience BUT compression is a massive factor to a good end result so stick to it and good luck!

Cheers.  Had another look today I think the fluid is going down a little, might just be me imagining things.  I don't like the feeling when you move and the fluid moves around making your chest like tingle,  every time I go urghghg.  Haha

Could you feel the fluid making your chest tingle when you stood up and moved around?
Kidney pain has all but vanished now but now have the wierd fluid moving feeling, feels like its pulling my skin everytime I move.  Really odd feeling.
Haha.

Thanks rotors.   That's similar to what I keep getting worried about.  Like how does the fluid just stay there and not go south like you said especially when you stand up and move about.   Good to know it goes at some point ! :)
When you say you are still using the binder in bed. Is that just the post op binder or the Veronique vest or both together ?

Cheers.  Hopefully we don't become completely dependant on the binder.

2 week update today.
Im pleased with how its going, the fluid on the right seems to have reduced but its now a harder lump area which is a pain under the binder/vest.  The bruising definitely seems to be reducing as well.
I was expecting quite a lot of loose skin really due to the size of my chest so to only have a little bit on the left is pretty good i think.
Only issues now are the swollen under arm areas and the binder hammering those bits.

Yeah its way better than I expected although I know its a long way to go yet.
I will be alot happier when I can get the binder vest combo off :)
10 days to go then it can come off during the day.  Cant wait for that.

3 weeks in now.  Mr Levick said all is looking good and Ive managed to stop any fluid build up :)  phewww.
Bruising is slowing going away but Mr Levick said I have to wear the binder/vest combo 24/7 for one more week.  I think I can manage that after getting through 3 ok.
When did people start exercising again?  My weight loss has ground to a halt and Im putting weight back on now (especially round my gut) so want to start something as soon as i can really.
