surgery booked. have some questions

i've finally booked my surgery. 
during my consultation the surgeon said he will only do gland excision with no lipo. i'm neither too fat nor too skinny, but in my opinion there is some fat on my chest too, besides the glands. i know that it's hard to get rid of chest fat by doing physical exercises, so i would want to know, does any of the surgeons on this forum practice gland excision without liposuction? is it real to have a well contoured chest after surgery without using liposuction?
