Haha love reading this bro! Reading your posts earlier actually made me ring the Karidis studio and schedule my consultation two weeks earlier! Keen to move forward with it asap! I'm also training very hard and think I'm in pretty good shape bar my chest!  I really feel like this will help bring my physique togeather if that makes sense!

Gotta say I'm pretty nervous about the being put out... did you find you got nervous as they went to put you out... I can see myself panicking and shouting don't do it!!! :)

Def get your photos up! Would be good to see if you've got a similar build to me!

Get on asos later and buy some tight fitting white Tshirts!! Liberating!

Thank you Will :) the anaesthetic part in the room was when I was most nervous...it's over so quick though, just let it happen, the anaesthetist is obviously a very experience gent! I did some research on anaesthetia and its really safe these days...the risks are so small...just don't eat  or drink 6 hours before and you'll be fine! To be fair I black out most weekends, not that much different to it hahah.

Btw I was expecting the compression garment to  be really uncomfortable, not the case...just put tissues under armpit holes of vest so it doesn't dig into your armpits...how old are you will?

It's weird I've had this issue since I was about 18 and never considered surgery until I started reading everyone's posts... as I read more I get less nervous and actually think I'll be calm like you said when you go through it! I'm 30...

You can't get enough information on this stuff never gets old... until you get it done I guess !

Was in Thailand earlier this year for two weeks... which was a big catalyst in driving me forward with this!

Im 31, had it since like 14/15...this forum helped me so much too, you're so right, you'll be fine like I was, afterwards you'll be thinking well that was easy +!!! I'm cool as a cucumber, but I know as soon as I turn the TV off my mind will be racing...thinking about all the scenarios before and what it will be like now!! Cool over been to Thailand twice before, can't wait to actually hit up one those big pool parties now...no chance I could do it before, too many eyes you see ha! What islands have you been to?

I mainly did mainland... but spent a lot of time on Koh Tao!

I doubt I'd sleep the night after! Most people don't seem to get there first peek until a couple of days after. Was it flatter than you expected?

When I lift my chest up I can see the bottom half of my pecs poking through so I'm hoping I'll be able to see that definition after the surgery!

Also my consultation isn't for another couple of weeks so I'm thinking that by the time they offer me a surgery slot it's going to be early/mid December... do you think it's wise to wait till January after all the xmas partying ? Jan just feels so long away for something you want to get done and start the healing process

The middle pec is so defined now, rounded muscular look to it, its how a man with some muscle on him should look... all the hard work over the last couple of years has paid off!! Although leading uo to the op i lost muscle as i was just doing chin ups and sprints for a low bf...i think its helped woth the surgery. Ive woken uo tofay expecting serious pain, i also woke up sleeping on my side and its fine to do so.Yes flatter than expected.

Try and achieve a low bf before surgery by hill sprinting!! Like ten 30 second hill sprints a few times a week, great looking abs,  good for heart muscle as well!
They recommend that you don't drink for 7 days after mate, you'll be fine! I'm going to have a couple of beers over the weekend, not too many though as it thins blood!!

Glad the procedure went well mate. You must have woken up this morning a new man - completely liberated! Looking forward to seeing your before and post surgery pictures.

Just under 7 weeks until I go under the knife with Karidis now. I don't think you're ever too old to get this sorted, I turned 40 recently and sure wish I'd come across this forum a lot sooner. The amazing transformations of KSS24, Sawyer and thetodd to name a few would have given me the inspiration to get shot of this gyno years ago.

I'm going to continue hitting the weights hard but really up the cardio to get my BF down as low as possible before the operation. It's the liposuction apparently that causes most stress on the body and when you see videos of it being done it's easy to see why. I figure anything you can do before surgery to minimise the trauma on your body and hopefully aid the recovery process has got to be a good thing.

Removed my padding and the results are mind blowing, it's look better than expected, I understand it will be a roller coaster but as Mark said it's so liberating. I've never felt so comfortable ever in my life with two women looking at my chest whilst sat down...I asked them if I could look in the mirror and I did...being complemented ridiculously...expected but I've been traning hard recently... ;) right, looked in the mirror, best feeling ever, my heart rate shout through the roof, the nurse took my heart rate, she said you can now leave for another hour as you're too excited...so we took a walk through the corridors. If any of you out there are unhappy about this condition, don't darn around and just do it!!!! It's really fucking worth it guys!!! Willb, keep us updated, I'm more than happy to support you through it man!! It really helped me having a support network online as I haven't told anyone!!!

Amazing - best feeling ever right! Congrats bro. There really is no way to describe that initial feeling - you actually become giddy with excitement.

So i've just realised that whenever you type the word f*ck it automatically changes it to darn on here! Hahaha - was wondering whether I had mistakenly jumped onto the USA thread!
