Your pics looks great @neverlookback. Probably the least amount of bruising I've seen straight after op.
I'm booked in with Karidas for 15th November. I'm really looking forward to it and strangely don't feel too nervous at all.
Gonna try and cut out the booze for these 6 weeks before so hopefully I'll drop a few pounds before the op too.

Thanks mate The surgery is a breeze, it  seriously  would be a waste of time if you were worried! The only time I was really nervous was in the room lying down  having general, that being said general anaesthetic would never faze me now...

Hi Will, minor swelling but not as bad as I had anticipated. I'm having cold showers in the morning, possibly this is helping contain it. In terms of scar tissue I think it may be early days for that but nothing report so far, it's all pretty flat tbh with you. I know things can change and I'll let you know if they do! Good luck Wednesday, you won't regret booking it in, trust me mate!

As far as I am aware no one has so far mate...been wearing jumpers so that no one can definitely see the vest.

I recon they probably wouldn't notice without a jumper on but just taking precautions...

Healing is all on course for Thailand, I'm very pleased with it at the moment mate. It's barely noticeable that I've had surgery...still a little swollen but bruising is practically gone. I did some hill sprints yesterday with my compression vest on and was in no discomfort!

Ok so it's changed, one day and its all changed haha...back to a more moobs look today...I know this is all part of the journey, I'm trying to let it not bother me!!

Probably swelling, maybe caused by the sprinting you did ?

I don't think it's necessarily swollen anymore, it doesn't hurt when I touch it! It's very hard tissue, I imagine this is the scar tissue now building up... But you're possibly right, it may of aggrevated it...will lay off exercising this week and see how it gets on... it still looks miles better than before I had the op though!
