I'm wondering if any doctors (or patients) have seen this before?

It almost looks like you had previous surgery with a scar there. Not used to seeing a primary scar look like that. Check with your surgeon.

The incisions are more swollen than typically is the case,but not extremely more swollen. I would agree with the recommendation to check with your surgeon.
