I got lucky, the cranial tumor Prolactinoma, gave me a bit more up front & at the same time it kills the hair follicular circulation . I lost all my hair ( secondary sex characteristic hair ) . Arms legs , chest & pits.  I am sure the girls would be envious as I don’t have to shave at all. It made my boobs look good as I was fairly simian in nature before it all fell out.
It really is an eye opener.

If that's your only side effect and problem from the tumor, that's not a bad trade off.  

  I have lost all hair on my legs, underarms and thinning in other areas 30 years ago.  I just shaved what remained on my chest off.
do like the look and feel of it totally off.

There is one other notable side effect, I get a transient dizziness at times lasting a few seconds. It’s from the dopamine agonist used to treat this condition. The drug is working well as the hair is returning to my arms. It’s not like before. Hair is sparse and very fine. 
The original & more popular agonist only caused problems, anxiety, ataxia ,  disorientation, confusion. Spooked my wife as I wasn’t able to recognize her one morning.

Oh the shaving!   

Absolutely.  i was cleaning of the extra hair decades ago before it got popular.  But now, when the hair gets cleaned up the feel of the breasts is far more appealing.

I never had much hair below the neck no chest or under arm or legs so never a problem.

Used to be almost Robin Williams hairy, but have lost most of it on my legs, and my arms come and go. Much less body hair overall.

I believe that we look much better in our bras when our busts are smooth like a woman's.  It is more aesthetically pleasing.  Also, the first time I removed the hair from my chest, I was amazed to see how feminine my breasts looked.  There was no denying I had female breasts.  Big female breasts   And I started to feel differently about them
