Hello all

So in a nutshell, I'm mid-30s and am getting quotes from UK surgeons about getting Vaser lipo, but am not sure if it's a fat issue or glandular for my "man boobs". I find they stop me wanting to go swimming, or even wear any vaguely tight fitting t-shirt/shirt.

What do people think from the attached two photos - more a fat issue, or glands?

Thanks in advance

  • If you gat um flunt um.
I also think it is a bit of both.  If you lose some weight and they don't change then it is just gyno.
If you got them flaunt them.  We all wear bras so wear what you like and to hell with the rest.

Probably both gland and fat, just like a woman’s breast is both gland and fat. You clearly have gynecomastia, female breasts
