chestrockwell i cant thank u enough for pointing that out , top man.  thanks for taking the time.   :D
i wud have never even considered the prob being on my traps, untill u pointed it out.  ( tho i still think i may have just a little extra gland or fat on that pec,  but i will look into that seprately once im fully healed and have no scar tissue)

i read what u said at least 3 times over, and u knw wot it actually makes sense.  shame the doc couldnt have pointed this out.
once i recovered i was lookin to hit the gym hard, and will take on wot u said, ill train extra the muscle on the trap with the pec that is the shortest.  do u reckon simple dumbell shrugs on that side will be enuff?? or do i need to add something else for that side also..

once again thanks very much, if it wont for wot u  said, i wud have kept thinking its gland or something pulling that side down  ;D

stonecold it was karidis that did the nose to, not stanek/
i had broken it a few times, so he sorted it.  but then he did the tip also which dropped down a while later, but i cudnt be botherd revising it.  karidis said he wud revise it,  but cos it did look better than b4, so i left it at that.  and plus i cudnt be bothered going thru surgery again.

stanek was goign to be my original choice for gyne surgery, but then i ended up with grobellar.  wot a big big mistake that was.

Bit early to be going to the gym yet though isnt it? How many weeks are you all going to wait before you hit the IRON again?

Just took a shower for 10 minutes, the longest time ive had my compression vest off so far. My chest looks bigger again now quite close to how it did pre surgery. It was great when i removed the bandage as well!! How much swelling do we have, i assume that it can take awhile.

My Left side is bigger than the right as well. That was the side that had more removed, so i suppose its possibly swelling. Will try and get some pics at some point before mid next week.

I can tell this is going to be hard now waiting for the final result.

Has anybody had any nipple sensations? My nipples seem to get erect at times during the day.

Thanks Chris i will look forward to it. Is that how you work out what you need to work harder on when you work out? I never really thought of that when trying to work out what bodyparts were lagging.

UK2000 just wondering as you have had 3 surgeries did Dr Kadaris say how difficult it was working with the scar tissue etc? Also do you have a post op pic from your 1st surgery with Grobbelar so we can see how far youve progressed?

No i only used that method to help uk2000 to see were his problem lies, the best methods to check for lagging bodyparts i have found 1, use a tape measure 2, use the mirror, and most importantly 3,ask your training partner!, because if it looks right to him then it will look right to everyone else to, unless he's got two glass eyes and hes just making you look like a plonker :D :D

and ive claimed the 100th post on this thread ;D :D :D ;)

i still have to call levick. ???
have all you guys called him?chest?stonecold?
what did you say to him and what did he say?
the only concern i have now is my right side where there considerable amount of hard scar tissue.which im sure whill reduce and flatten out.but due to me having darker skin and all the scars i do have are hypertrophic it will probably take some time for that to happen.i will ask him if he could provide some cortisone intralesional injection to speed the process up.the scarring near the nipple makes it look like gynecomastia again and i cant wear a t-shirt cos its still not flat due to that.hopefull over the months.ill be putting sum pics up to show you guys.the scarring lump near the middle of the pecs has made it look dented in too-im sure that will decrease over time.
have you guys any concerns?

Hi Geg

I called Dr levicks office on thrusday but spoke to his secretary. I told her that Dr Levick had asked me to call to say how everything was. I told her i was thrilled and that everything looked great, and i would be back i contact to make my follow up appointment to see him in a month.

Unfortunately now though im seeing similar probelms to yourself. My left hand side is starting to look pointy again. Also its looking fuller. Im concerned that this side either has alot more swelling or maybe to much was left in on that side. I asked my housemate who was one of the only people i told what he thought, and he agreed that one side was looking more swollen etc.

Geg what does your dad say about it. What does he think it is and could he offer any advice?

I had planned to go and buy new clothes soon, but dont think i will be able to start wearing what i want again yet.

stonecold i added the only pic of what my chest looked like after surgery with grobeellar
http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/london_singh2002/my_photos

as u can see from the pic its very uneven, lots of bumps etc and uneven contour.   one of the reasons for all these problems i believe was that grobellar never made any markings on my chest prior to the surgery.  so when i laid down everything flattens out, so he managed to leave alot of things behind, as he had nothing to guide him.

karidis said alot of these bumps were fat left over, so gave me some lipo to sort it out.  after healing most of the bumps were there, and he realised that this was left over gland, so offered me another op to remove the gland with some lipo.

the only thing karidis said about the scar tissue was that he can clear it up with the lipo and try to remove as much of it as he can,    which made me think lipo can remove scar tissue, as it prob helps break it up again i suppose.

geg it be interesting to knw if any uk docs offer cortosine to break up scar tissue, ive heard of the US P.S doing this, but not uk ones.  let us knw..

well  uk 2000 lipo can cause scar tissue so not too sure about it breaking it up.need to still ask my dad on this one but he getting pissed off im asking every minute lol thinks im getting paranoid.
stonecold anyways my dad did say dont worry about your chest for another 6 months as nothing this early will show the results-even if that means if its hard soft swollen or not.even tho he told me this im still para and look on the net all day about hard scar tissue!lolits true tho dont worry it will decrease and flatten out after all iv read -even tho that could take long like 3 months,6 months or even 12 months!
cortisone can speed it up tho but you need to know what you are doing with it as it could kill tissue in that area being a hydrocortisone.
uk2000 forgot to say i am a uk doctor and prescribe cortisone to some of my patients i wont have any problem getting it lol! ;D
