1st place habanero salsa recipe:

4 stewed roma tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
One ram of cilantro
3 habanero peppers
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
Teaspoon of citric acid
Teaspoon of chili powder
Tablespoon red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper


Mix ingredients in blender until purée consistency adding lime juice as needed. 
Let sit overnight refrigerated for flavors to settle.

I'm a bit advantageous this morning and I have decided upon stir fried lamb, veggies, and rice.

Consists of 1 pound ground lamb fried with 2 pounds diced veggies and a ram of chopped cilantro fried together until the meat is browned. Seasoning to taste.

Then add 2 cups of uncooked rice and 2 1/2 of water.

Cook just like white rice in the rice cooker.

Serve with fresh lime juice.

2 and a half cups of water doesn't sound like enough for 2 cups of dry rice.  Is that the correct amount?  Or should it be 5 cups?

The other way to do this, and it took me ages to realize, is this:

When you open the forum up on your Android device, go to the menu hidden under the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Desktop site". This will switch the forum to the exact same version as what you see on your computer, including complete functionality. Zoom with two fingers and Bob's your uncle.

Browsing Torrid racks today after picking up my packages the manager of the outlet asked if I needed help finding anything.
Before I could answer the girls told her, "that's Birdie!".

The manager looked at me and said, "oh, you're Birdie".
