Its also called assault.  This is getting way out of hand.
It was explained to me with his Advanced dementia that controlling him is not a possibility. And I can absolutely understand that. I can simply do my best to avoid him. But signing up for a double mastectomy to resolve the problem is definitely not on the table.

Well it is your situation, but just a few more cents worth. Pushing a double mastectomy would be considered medical coercion and malpractice.  Also remember that federal law supersedes state law. "covering up" or mastectomy as the only options for dealing with harassment is highly unethical.

And Title IX funding. if they are getting Federal Funding, they have to play by the rules.

But again, its your call.

I think the biggest problem with the centre is the fact that when I started the program I was still in boy mode hiding my breasts under layers in bib overalls. I was nearing the end of my 45 years of hiding.
The centre got to witness my acceptance of who I am and transition. But they knew me in boy mode when I started, and that is what they are expecting on a daily basis.
They don't like the change, and their strict religious convictions also don't allow me to be anything other than how I started. That of course is regardless of the fact that I am intersex.

There is another person that attends the centre that moved here from San Francisco because of the cost of living. They used to do drag queen shows in San Francisco. That individual was forced to buy a complete new wardrobe when they moved here because nothing they had in the closet would be accepted at the centre. The dress code has been modified to fit the both of us.
Because I need their services being severely disabled, I can work around the dress code just fine. I can also keep Oregon in my scopes as my final destination.

I do draw the line however at going under the knife for a double mastectomy because some perverted dementia patient is unable to keep his eyes off my breasts and gets mad when I cover them up.  I told them as much yesterday. As instructed I kept my distance yesterday from that individual and didn't go into the pool room to play a game of pool because he was in there waiting for me. I was fairly good at avoiding him for most of the day. I'm not the only one that has a difficult time with him as the CNAs are constantly fighting with him over it as well. He really needs to go into a different facility, probably a Memory Care Facility. He has become very rude vulgar and combative.
Unfortunately he is quite the horndog as well, and can't keep his eyes off of large breasts.

My friend took me the Golden Corral for lunch today, and that was nice.
Strange enough a lady that wasn't watching where she was going spun around really quick and ran into me.
Without looking she said "excuse me sir, OMG, I mean ma'am" (before taking a closer look at me) Patting me on the back apologetically.

I had decided to put my hair in a ponytail today inside of a baseball cap and was dressed rather androgynous. I wasn't really trying to pull off boy mode, I just wanted to wear something comfortable.

Strangely enough, I have never been able to pull off boy mode. 'Not now and not ever.'
I think while I am in Nevada this coming July I will go ahead and get my Nevada driver's license back again using my family's address. At least then I will have an identification that matches my birth certificate.

Good morning,

Things have been getting a bit more heated around here. Yesterday afternoon somebody pounded on my door while I was busy in the bedroom. I made my way to the door and found nobody there. This morning I opened my door and found a rather horrible note left again. These are getting very common again. I also downloaded videos from the night before and caught one gentleman walking by my door yelling at it, but was unable to make out what he said. The manager has been notified several times, and although they act like they want to do something about it they end up doing nothing.

I can only pray that my name comes up on the waiting list as soon as possible.

I have a neighbour that moved in several months back, and since then we have become very good friends. She would say, "hey girlfriend" every time she saw me in the hallway.
I also have a rather intrusive neighbour a few doors down that I saw was talking with the lady next door. I heard my name being mentioned several times, and not my nickname. He makes it a point to tell all the new residents that I am not CIS female.
The next day I saw my lady next door and she just stood there giving me the funniest look without saying a word. I therefore broke the ice, and politely asked how she's doing and if everything was okay. Then our friendly conversation started up right away as normal. She no longer calls me "girlfriend", but we are back to the normal friendly conversation again.
Unfortunately she told me that several residents are creating a petition to give to management to have me ejected from this building because I am not a "good fit for the community." She refused to sign the petition because she says I have been nothing but a good neighbour.
I definitely can't help the fact that I'm intersex and that I look more female than male. Perhaps the long purple hair has been a bit much, but is that any of anyone's business?
I am however good friends with the manager here, so I don't think the petition will gain much traction since it doesn't involve lease violations.
