Your top looks like it’s a very comfortable wear and your bra is certainly doing a great job at its job. If chromosomes were flipped I imagine the option to enjoy wearing that in public would be a lot less concerning and a lot more freeing. Definitely have the bust of an natural woman

Ya noticed that one huh... yes its an across the aisle spaghetti strap cami with built in shelf bra... you can see I am still wearing a bra also. Probably a faux pas, but I wear it like that occasionally under a hoodie as its cooler but the combo still gives me the support in the seasonal transition months.

Lmao it’s hard not to notice. You have a better displayed bust line than most women I know or have been with lol unsure the cup size or what prompted such development but glad you have the confidence and support to wear what is needed for the comfort of them.

I "fill" a 38D, 40C. 
So yes its a little odd as I know I am bigger than a majority of the women I know also. 
For the most part I don't think they know what's under my top none of them ever hinted or given me the "Your not fooling me" vibe.

You don’t appear to be a larger man below the bust I’d imagine a D cup is quite apparent. But am glad it has given you confidence that no one notices. Things like that I’m sure give many hope that is helpful in the anxieties of wearing and wondering especially if wearing a underwire or other standard bra underneath.

I am not six pack athletic by any means but I try to stay as lean as a 45yr desk jockey can.. 
I am slightly afraid to lose the extra lbs i do have as I have heard that the weight will not leave proportionally from your breasts
So I while id get thinner round the midsection the booba would stay un change looking even more out of place.

This is a weird symbiosis I haven't talked about it .. but even though the docs don't have any blood test related "Well there's your problem" data to pin point my issue.
I know it has got to be some hormonal missfire going on in me.. I have noticed lately that as my breasts have blossomed I know my other proportions have also added some padding. Jeans and the like don't fit like they used to I haven't changed from my regular jeans or t-shirts.. I of course wear the bras and the occasional cami. But i don't know if its in my head but other areas seem to be filling out as well..

Anyone else correlate with that effect also?

Yes. I’d definitely say if you are a D cup and not obese the hormones are absolutely misfiring somewhere. And always fun when drs goto school for 8 years and do residency and other levels of training and in the end you’re left with a shoulder shrug and a co pay. 

This past summer when I got my test results back and was diagnosed with Hypogonadism which I was told is treatable and has been treated and other areas have been improved my breasts have grown since being “treated” as well as a noticed loss of length downstairs contrary to function being improved. I haven’t noticed any fat redistribution from hormonal issues but my wife has commented my backside feels bigger than she remembers so perhaps but my own noticing of it hasn’t been there other than clothes not fitting right like before some days but that could be laundry or diet fluctuation.

I am supposed to have blood draw and check this month.. as ordered by the endocrinologist. can't say I want to give them another $400 for anything.

All their goal is to brush there hands of it and have me filleted. 

I just wanted to know that whatever misfire it is was not killing me. That's why I went to endocrinology after speaking with general practice.
Just a monitor approach. I guess.

Funny coincidental comment about your wife.
Mine lately has flipped a flirt switch in the last few months which is another point of why I think some distribution it also occurring.
Apologies for the TMI but the smack or a pinch here or there seems to be happening more often. 
It was just weird out of the blue dynamic change. Cause that was usually my go to move for her. But lately she's been paying me back I guess.
with her over 25 yrs. and i could could the playful ass grabs on one hand. Since the changes I can't keep count.

Maybe its just the middle aged feminine horny kicking in HA.

Yeah it sucks everything is a process. I had to go to a NP to get a order for a Orthopedic for my elbow who took a x ray and told me they can’t go to an mri even if it’s known to be tendon or ligament related due to having to just go through the basics first and I’m like so I’m paying for an x ray we both know is pointless just to say we did it checked it off the list and can not go to the mri. Cool. wtf lol. 

I told my NP who is new for me and is a woman in her early 40s I had gynecomastia and was one of a few issues I wanted a full panel ran for my hormones and she only ordered total T which came back normal I ordered my own panel for a full work up and when she got those she told me I have hypogonadism and my levels are very much off balance I was like y’all need to begin listening to the patient rather than the textbook cause it feels you’re just getting us in and oht without hearing us out. 

I hope you find what’s going on soon with the next round of tests. I assume once you get to a bust line of your size another cup or two is no difference lol but I’m sure it would be nice to be able to stop any additional development. And hope you find the reason and resolve soon. 

I don’t think it’s tmi we have all come to know eachother quite well here I believe and perhaps to newcomers we may be deemed as TMI but I imagine most of us understand it’s just guys talking. Just talking bout very different things due to not being like the other guys who have normal hormones lol. 

The dynamic changes are interesting when they are noted. My wife made mention before recently during a girls night with her friends here a few months back, when I was baking and catering to them and coming up from the office time to time to see if they needed refills and such and one of her friends said “I wish my husband would be more like this” to which my wife responded “more like what, the woman?” I rebutted with “I’m just trying to be nice I don’t have to lol” and she just said “I’m definitely more of the man between us lately”. I don’t think she was being mean but later when people left I asked what that was all about and she just said she feels more like the man between us now days. Noting that I cook and clean and wait for her to make the first move and and she lounges watching tv relaxing and is more of the aggressor. 

Not sure if it’s just complacency of being together this long that I fell in to a swing of things like that or if estrogen dominance has just made me different
