concave nipple

hey all i had excision last august and all was perfect, everything went fine until this past weekend i went skiing and had a bit of a crash.  i got bruised and bashed pretty bad and my left breast is pretty sore, also my left nipple concaves in a little bit and it is freaking me out.  do y'all think maybe its just another  bruise and the pain will go away, and that the nipple will return to normal in time?  thanks bunches
