I just needed to share for my benefit I guess.

The past few days I have had very sore breast.  Sitting, walking, sleeping you name it.  I have had some discomfort before, but not as drawn out.  I have sore and unusually  dry and cracked nipples.  The itching has me scratching often, making me check to see if anyone can see.  I can't say Its been this steady before.  I lotion during the day as I apply lotion to my hand and slip it into my bra.  Support is a great feeling now.

I'm sure this means growth.  To what extent I don't know.  I feel I can navigate life just fine the size I am, 40C.   I hope I can adjust to the changes happening.  I have also noticed a change in how my pants fit.  Others talk about changes to your shape there also.  Is it my turn?

Far as pants go. Only way I find that is to tell is by measuring yourself. And keeping an eye on weight. If your weight has not shifted more than a couple pounds historically in your current fit, to current times. It may be time to try women’s jeans and trousers.

Fat redistribution is definitely a real thing. However where it goes is another tale. For me I always zoned in on the hips. Thinking that was where things would tell. Also cause it’s the only area I could really see clearly. My hip dip didn’t seem to fill out but my backside and upper thighs  that made my pants feel off. My wife was the one who noticed it and it took about a year or so of me observing it but eventually it seemed definitive that I wasn’t losing or gaining enough weight to justify the discomfort in pants but made enough sense things just shifted more south.

I’d say, take measurements or pictures if secure about it. Do so bi weekly and see if things change along with document your diet and weight. Making sure it’s not water weight or bloating causing discomfort. If everything remains the same but changes are clearly felt it’s probably time to try women’s.

My nipples have grown thicker over the winter season from continued filling out. The itching and cracking irritation sensation is relatable. I found Gold Bond worked amazing for my chest in keeping it moisturized and specifically for affected sensitive skin. It worked well on my feet for callouses and cracks from labor field type work and figured worth a try. And has worked great in keeping my nipples and areolas less chafed and irritated since using. Navigating life at a fuller size is tough but ok once found to be able to do. At a C cup myself more growth means crossing a line as well of not just volume and weight but contour and shape of breasts visibly seen. It’s why we’re all here. To help each other along the way of what we deal with, experience and didn’t expect but now have to figure out.

Hope you’re doing alright and things simmer down for ya

Body shape does change as the E kicks up.

I have always had a hard time with mens pants, and once I switched to womens, they fit just fine.  There are skeletal aspects but fat is mostly where it is at.

As you both noted it's a real possibility changes may be occurring in the mid section.  I have also read fluid retention in the abdomen is a common thing when men's E levels go up.  A monitoring for a time is a good suggestion.  Fat and changes?  We'll see. As for the changes in the nipple I have pronounced ones.  They are hard to hide in an none padded bra, which I try not to wear often because I feel it adds a bit in my size.  That said I do like the benefits of wearing them.
Lotion is my friend for sure.

Make sure lotion is using also is unscented. Wife uses Lavender oil and it wasn’t until other issues arose when using it as well I googled things and is a strong hormone disruptor. Gold bond standard lotion has worked well and hormone issues seems to have subsided.

Problem with gynecomastia is it seems nipples are 24/7 erect. Whether fabric of shirt stimulating them or bra doing so I can’t recall the last time mine laid flat. And with the thickening of them they are even more visible. It is what it is.

That fat distribution is real! I look in the mirror and wonder what the heck happened to me.
Losing muscle mass…mid section slightly expanded.. butt and thighs took on a lot of weight…grew boobs….body hair loss and thinner, what little I did have anyway. FUPA… genitalia shrinkage.
Switched to women’s jeans, tops and bras. Body is rounder and softer.
Really hard to deal with at times. Thank goodness I have a supportive wife.
On our last trip the airline attendant asked my wife and I…..what would you ladies like to drink.
You know you have a problem 😂😂😂. After she left I looked at my wife and laughed.
She said that what you get for looking like an old lesbian. Guess I’ll buy a Subaru 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lmfao at the Subaru!!

Body shifting in composition and development and loss in other areas is very real and difficult to adjust to. For many of us we grow inches in the bust and hips and lose them in the pants in ways we likely prefer not to.

I’ve grown 1.5in in the chest over the last year and over last couple years since hypogonadism have lost a little over 2in below. Always shy below average now am well below average. It’s embarrassing to a degree but when your wife seems to still be attracted to you and willing to be intimate it’s definitely a confidence booster

The Subaru made me smile.  The reality of the shrinking below is a reality for sure.  I hate to say I don't feel alone now, and makes me feel a bit better about it.

Or is that what you'll had in mind when you said redistribution of body mass?

Unsure if I understand the question. But what I meant by redistribution of body mass was in my case. The long term estrogen dominance of hypogonadism found itself to shift weight to my backside and thighs. My weight fluctuates between 196 and 205. It’s been that way for a decade or so. My pants quit fitting well and would pull down anytime I bent over and legs felt uncomfortable. I workout but never had these problems before. Wasn’t till the wife made a comment that I realized why.

And definitely not alone. I’m aware I’m younger here at 39, but it seems many attest to even in earlier years that these changes were noticed and seen. I’m not a fan at seeing the changes below. But it gets to a point where ya just develop a whattayagunnado about it sense of self at least that’s where I ended up being at in accepting it.
