ive heard of docters accidentally removing muscle in some surgerys and i was wondering if should stay working out until surgery sometime in the next six months.
would it be better or worse for healing and the streching of the skin?

i'm no doctor but it seems being in the best physical condition possible would be beneficial for healing and shaping.

Your skin will already be tight around the chest and the doc will have a better idea of what your chest *could* look like without gyn.

Just my opinion.
