hi, my surgery is scheduled in june, and i have quite a lot of time, and i have been working out regularly, and i mean lifting heavy weights, i was wondering is there any rule as like im suppose to stop working out at so and so days before surgery, or is it ok if i keep lifting till the day before surgery? any ideas.

as long as you arent exhausted when going to surgery I dont see what the problem is.

if your surgeon cuts muscle then call a lawyer. i had surgery yesterday aND I WORKED OUT THE DAY BEFORE. plus i did chest on that day. it won't hurt anything to workout the day before. i wouldn't work out the day of surgery unless you just like your whole body being mega sore. i woke this morning and even my legs and calves are really sore.
