Evening Lads,
I started my massage routine today whilst in the Shower, please no naughty comments ( Hope Blatino isn't reading this  ) . My swelling in my chest has came right down though i still have alord of hard tissue underneath, it isn't pertruding and i know it will leave over time. I just want it gone now...lol. Those who have had excission ( Ace etc) , How long did it take for your scar tissue/hard swelling to subside and reduce ...Cheers.

Hi mark, those results are brill mate, i cant wait to go and get it done.  Ive got a consultation with a NHS doctor at the end of May then if i dont get any luck with them, ie op within a few weeks, then im booking poland.  If this oppointment wasn't already booked, id go tomorrow.  Keep up the recovery big man!!

Thanks guys, i am thrilled with the reults....I am gonna go to the metrocentre and then eldon square(Newcastle) on saturday to buy loads of t-shirts and stuff for my holids...go away in 3 weeks....will have to start the running too...lol. gonna be great......i HOPE....LOL

I really can't wait until I have my revision if the results are anything like yours I'll be well happy!!

How much did the revision cost you in the end??  Just want to make sure I've buget enough.

Keep up the posts etc I think you've made a big difference to a lot of peoples lives!!!!

One week left   This time next week ill prob be still out cold with my nipples defiled   Im actually counting 5 days as the monday wil for me be the start of my adventure   Will be going to get all my neccesities tommorow and to convert some sterling. You may be thinking of getting some tight shirts mark but at the moment all im thinking of is buying cheap 99p boxer shorts as i reckon ill be going through a few pairs   Are you still using that cream thing you got.  Ian hows the healing going mate.

I'm not very sore but the swelling is still alot. The swelling has now turned from a fluid like feeling to a hard substance. I have started massaging in the shower to help move things on.

The beggining i looked every day and never noticed much changing but i didn't look over the weekend as i was in and out the shower quick so after the weekend i noticed quite a change. I am now only going to look every 2or 3 days so i can hopefully see things improving better.

I have been to the gym since the op just doing cardio, but yesterday i did chest alot lighter than normally and it felt fine. Honestly 2weeks after surgery and i have no problem doing anything i did before. Just smarts if you bump into them or knock em.

I went to the gym today and trained chest , i didn't go as heavy as normal but i still used heavy weights. I felt fine and had no problems but tomorrow may be another story,when my chest has flared up....lol..

I am still using the cream and i think it works , it helps with the blood and healing etc...only a couple of quid form Lloyds chemist.....I think everyone should get some. The PS told me to get it the last time i went to help me recover....but you should only use it after 10 days post .

Thanks for the comments Andyz,yorkshire_lad, giveme etc  . I am now going to start the cardio and hit the summer hard . Sounds good but i know i can't resist burger n chips or booze

Ian89: Did you not feel pain whilst doing cardio? because when i run i feel pain; like a heavyness a the chest goes up and down   .
I am glad to hear you are noticing the improvements....and to be ceeing changes at such an early stage in the recovery is excellent

Bloody ian89, think we can skip the username chat now markashleigh1979   i've seen yer boobs up close and personal  

I tried running but yes it hurt a bit as my chest jiggled so i just fast walked at 5mph went on the crosstrainer and bike and boxed on the bag for a bit, that hurt a little but not as much as running. 4weeks till vegas so i'm going to lose as much weight as i can (before i put it all back on when i'm there  )

I say i'm noticing improvements but it's not an improvement from before i went, i still think i'm bigger than then(from the swelling) but it's better than when i first got back and removed the sticky tape to reveal my b cups.

Have you had the stitches out? How are you healing? Mine are looking scabby now but i keep putting cocoa butter on to help prevent a scar.

Punch bag? if you can do that i recon you can train with weights like before, sounds good:). Yer, my stitches are out and i am healing nicely , though my nips are pointing south due to the swelling underneath....lol. Not much scabbin,,,a few 1mm ones every cm....so looking good .
Keep patient with you recovery , or read someones diary for reassurance

Aye, i have my holiday in three weeks . I can't wait, its gonna be awesome . I bet LV will be excellent....do you have a Cow boy hat ready?

I am being patient i suppose, i know it is a long road and we're only 2 weeks down it.

Not got a cowboy hat, but i bet i'll buy 1 out there   can't wait.

Hey givemeresprite : not long now mate, what day do you set off? Are you anxious? Don't worry you will be fine ....Unless the PS says the same thing he said to me whilst putting me under " Don't worry , you survived last time" ....it was a good job i was sedated or i would have ran all the way back to Teesside.  

Remember to buy a book or something for the nights, or just get yourself out and enjoy a few bevvies .

Yes, that was the dumbest question....lol. It's in the european union so there is no need for a visa....just your mug shot in a passport

Oh, Wales!!! I believe the European union voted wales out of the big boys club. I think you may need to stay in quarantine  for a few months over in Berlin , before you can proceed on to Poland  . Ha Ha

I am recovering well, scar tissue is going . My left side has gone right down all most flat but my side seems to have a little bit of fat there. I am not bothered though as you can't really tell and both sides look the same. i have some pictures which i'll post later .
I bet you are dead excited, this is such a life changing operationt!!!
I bought my first polo top yesterday in 4/5 years. Got a nice french connection one and it looked like i had good pecs rather than the breasts i had before...lol
