Pic request: Muscular guys with puffy nips

I had the op done recently, but my right nipple is starting to puff again. I workout quite hard, and I am debating on whether or not I should start focusing on my chest and working out my pecs more intensely in hopes that it will help conceal the gyne... does that make sense?

Me muscular chest, with gyne. The gyne sticks out and stand out much more, than if you are overweight / less muscle - the texture is different and you can tell where the muscle is and where the gyne starts...i'm considering stopping working out and maybe gaining a bit of weight...

ive always worked out my chets quite hard but it hasnt helped my gyne.
