left side swollen no right side swelling

Hi I had almost perfect results for the first week no swelling bruising etc, now my left side is way bigger, swelling I’m hoping, but is this normal for one side to swell after a week and not the other after it being perfect. I’m also feeling lumps is this the scar tissue???  i’m sorry but I thought the scar tissue was only around the excision by the nipple??? Is it also in various places around the breast. I’m not worried if its swelling I’m just wondering if its normal for one side to start swelling after being fine for a week immediately post op

You could have scar tissue anywhere there was trauma, so everywhere lipo or excision was done.  Also the remaining tissue can be swollen for quite ahwile.
