Hi there. From your pictures you look in good shape. Your chest isn't really that noticable but i can see what you want to change. Wish mine looked like that before my surgery, i can see you getting excellent results after.

When Mark and i are back next Wednesday i'll keep you all updated with my progress so you know what to expect.

Hi mate. I'm suprisingly calm at the moment, i think it will be when i'm on the plane that the nerves will start.

I can't wait to get it done and get back home and start the recovery.As soon as i'm home i'll be on here letting you know how it went

I have great news   . I was walking around the town centre to today trying to find one of them niko pro tops....but couldn't find one anywhere!!! I went on line for two secs on the uni computers and found an internet shop that sells and posts them for under £ 22.00 i have ordered the white vest one

I am happy i founfd it as i didn't want to spend the summer wearing a zip front, velcro shoulders vest .

Hi Knonlik, welcome to the site  . I am glad that you have found these Poland threads a great help  . It makes me happy to know that people are opting for poland rather than wasting their money on expensive surgery  .
You look to be in good shape in your pics but i can see the problem , i can imagine it getting worse with the exra weight . But at least it is small enough to hide until surgery . Yours are better than mine now , and i have had lipo...lol

Hi Ian, I got my money today .....it was a mad panic as mmost places were saying i needed to order them....lol.

Just thought something .......I have a man telling me he is going to kiss me and i am watching will & grace!!!....I am gay and i never knew...oh its going to break me mams heart...lol . I will have to scratch the idea about bringing an eastern wife back and opt for a bear wrestler  .

I think the worst part for me will be sitting on the plane with nobody to chat with, then the taxi ride with the singing driver....and then another wait on my own for you...Lol.

We're only taking 1 suitcase so she knows i won't be lifting anything..... no difference to our usual holidays

The hour on my own at the bar will be ok because as soon as my lips touch that pint , my mind friends will 'pop-up'. You will like them, they are great fun . I have been friends with one of them since we shared that padded cell some years back   .

Did you order a Vest? Givemeresprite: I think you should order one, soon , because once people find that link on this thread they will all be ordering them....lol...I will wait till we all have ours and then i will let the main forum know...lol  

I took the one bag last time and i was ok but this this time i will be taking my laptop too....Might raid blockbuster the day before we go ( 3 films for a fiver for 7 days) .

I am sick of waiting , i might drive to the airport now and camp there till sunday...see if this speeds up the process .

I haven't ordered yet, what size did you order? Not sure of the size to get for a 44"chest, their sizing chart is as much use as breasts on fish  :-/

I ordered the medium, didn't even know that had a size chart. Lol. I read somewhere that you should order the T-shirt size you normaly get at these top contract to fit your body......don't go to small or you may pass out...lol  .Or just phone them to make sufe....probs best, damn wish i had thought of that earlier.....

if anyone can find anything in this world it'l be mark, be it surgeons to vests. Want to get into the truffle business mark   Lucky sods youll be off tommorow

Mark and Ian, good luck for tomorrow and the next 3 days.  Everything will be fine I'm positive there's nothing to be worried about although I can understand what you're both going through as I've already been there for my lipo op.

Well looking forward to seeing both pre and post op pics especially Marks as it seems we are both going throught the same process as I too will be returning to Poland for excission the end of June (hopefully).

Anyway all the best, mid next week and it will all be over forever!!!!!!

Hi Andy,thanks for the good luck wishes.

You must have been either the second or third person from this board to go to Poland . I am sorry you need to go back for revision, but at least the clinic is doing gland removal first now....so it wasn't in vain.  

I haven't told anyone i am going yet, still thinking of excuses...

Thanks andy for the words of support, 1 day from flying out and it still doesn't seem that it's really going to happen. I thought i'd be a bag of nerves but i'm not.......... yet.

I really hope so !!  . I hope my results are similat to ace's. I just wish i had pushed for gland removal last time...lol. We live & Learn. I am going to ask for lipo too as well as gland removal to make 100 % sure everying that shouldn't be there , has gone .

In a couple of hours i wll be drunk in a garden.... .
