  • I've had my final operation :)
Stiches :Quickest option i think, is to go to your local A & E . There is normaly a Nurses office next to the main reception desk.Just go straight to her/his room and press the buzzer......15 minutes later you should be all sorted!! It all sounds well but i haven't tested it yet  ;D. I will let you know when i have my stitches removed tomorrow, i bet it will hurt like a bitch  :o .

I am still a bit sore and swollen around the chest, just wish it would bog off.... ;D. It feels like a mini water-bomb

OK, Do let us know, particularly about the results, have U done the revision?

Andreas just emailed me and said the he has examined my pictures and says he'll perform gynecomastia and liposuction, I've asked Andreas to confirm this as I keep reading about problems people have convincing them to do an excision.

How do u take measurements for a compression vest yourself?, Andreas just asked me to send my measurements, said something about the nipples.

They won't just do lipo now, so you have no worry about them not doing excission. They only have the one price on their site which is for doing both in the procedure. Think after a couple of come backs for excission after they did lipo only has made them think and change their approach on all gyne cases.

Just measure around your chest just above your nipples for the vest size.

Thanks again Ian, this site and U guys are really helpful.I think you're right about them rethinking their approach, they probably realised it could mess business up for them.

Thanks again.

Aye up lads,
As you know i am a little swollen on the left side (feels like an implant )  ;D . So i have bought some special cream, it is called Hirudoid and magical ingredient is herparinoid.
I thought you all may be intrested :)

Heparinoid Cream

How does it work?

Heparinoid is a substance similar to heparin. It acts by dissolving blood clots and improving the blood supply to the skin. It can be used as a cream to reduce bruising to the skin.
What is it used for?

Blood clot (haematoma)
Bruising
Inflammation of a vein in the skin associated with blood clot formation (superficial thrombophlebitis)
Warning!

This preparation is for external use only.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Thanks a lot ian89,I'll definitelt post pictures once I'M done, but I'm not due for surgery till the end of July. Can one actually just go in to one's surgery on any day and ask for stitches to be taken off?, sorry if this sounds silly, I dont ever need to go to the hospital so I dont know about these things.Well even if it' s not possible, I guess I'll fix an appointment for about a week after my surgery and have it done.

Is anyone having surgery on the 31st of July?

Hi OAKJAZZ, ill be booking in around 2 weeks time so if i can ill try and get the same date as you so we could go together and ease the tension a bit.  This web site is great, its convinced me to get it done in poland.  Also as for the compression vest.  Ive worn mine today for the first time and it looked liked i own a perfectly natural chest.  i loved it.  Im just a little worried ill become too dependant on it.  Ill let you know about the dates.  Where are you flying from? Id probably go from east mids.

I think everyone from this thread should buy them now, before everyone else finds this cheap site..

Hey Yorkshirelad, I should be flying from Stanstead,I'll confirm when I book next week.I live in Manchester but Ryanair doesn't fly from here, dont think any of the cheap airlines do.

Where did U get your compression vest, I'd really like to get one, can U get one in any of these sports shops in town?

Yes, JJB Sports sell them . I don't think the little shops sell ; it needs to be one of the superstores that you normaly find on a retail park. I know that JJB sells them as there is one near me .

Happy hunting. I think it is easier to order on line ...all you need is a debit or credit card....or you can send a cheque or postal order......Works out about 10 quid cheaper than them robbing bastards on ebay :)

Thanks markashleigh1979. I dont have any problems with ordering things online, but if I can get it right away from a store why not?.I'll look around this weekend, if I can't get one or if they cost more than they would online, then I'll do it online.

Hi everybody (hi dr nick ;D)

Just a quick update, swelling is still an issue. I feel fine with everything i do now, wouldn't want to do any bench pressing yet but i feel like i could. I feel confident in a t-shirt as the nike vest pulls me in to a shape i could live with as there is no hard gland pushing back just whatever is in there that makes it swollen.

Just been for my stitches out, i highly recommend just going to your local a&e as the on duty doctor has a look first and has a good chat with you about the procedure and any infection or problems he can see. He just cut the knot off 1side and pulled the other side and it just slid out no pain at all.

He worryingly said he hadn't seen any gland excission done through the nipple before, it is usually a cut under the breast area and then stitched up. I quickly pointed out, hense the reason i didn't wait for an nhs surgery, and legged it to Poland.

Givemerespite, just 10 days left mate, will be thinking about you when you go (not sexually ;D).

Sexuallys fine by me  ;) ;D

lol. easy tiger  ;D

The swelling is going down very slowly, it is still too early to comment on what i think but it's nice to see a shape coming. It is so strange how time flies past and the surgery is as if it was months ago and you wonder what the fuss was about.

They keep the intravenous in your arm all night(nothing connected to it just the needle bit is left in) and before they remove it they ask if you have any pain, if you do i'll assume they put some pain killers in via there as they do after the op, but neither of us had pain, i doubt you will either, they were very confident before surgery that we would have no pain after, they were right.

They gave us antibiotics and told us to take 2a day split up every 12hours. Mark failed to listen  ::)and took both tablets at once  ;D there's about a weeks worth in the pack.

There are hundreds of shops there mate in Germany and in slubice you won't struggle to take her something back. We only went in 1 souvenir shop and it had lots of weird wooden animals, we quickly left.
