Ian, how's it going?  Recovering well? Purchased and t-shirts with the nipples cut out yet?....ha h ah
I have been to the gym twice this week; trained chest n tri's and shoulders & legs. I had no problems and no pain at all...i didn't go as heavy as normal but i was still lifting the 22 k dumbells ( Bench press and shoulder ) . I still haven't done any cardio yet , i will need to soon if i want to be in shape for my beach holiday....ha ha ha, my mates are all skin n bone, so i don't want to look like a fat hairy orangutan   . I have heard of a new diet supplement called CRACK.....i heard it is very popular in the hood....do you think this will work?  

Givemeresprite : Not long mate and you wil be sat on that plane... . I can't wait for them to hear your accent, they wont have a f*ckign clue...lol. They had problems with mine....but luckily i can speak below basic german ha ha

Well, today is the day . I bet you are really excited and thinking tonight will be my last sleepless night before the surgery . Its going to change your Life mate ...In a confidence way, not Money,England team sheet and a rock contract ... . but we can still dream   . Rememeber to treble check your euros and PASSPORT mate... . The passport is the book that you show at the border control to gwet into England just before they throw you in the sheep dip .

Good luck givemerespite tomorrow.Take in every word we've said about the whole trip and op and you'll see how your experience will unfold exactly the same as ours. Just relax when your led through to the theatre as as soon as your on the chopping board sorry i mean operating table and hooked up that is as good as it all over.

Hi Mark sorry not been here for awhile been busy. I am just amazed that not even 3weeks after the op and i'm as able to do as much as pre op. Been to the gym 3-4 times a week and on a strict diet. Lost half a stone already and i'm running happily on treadmill now with no pain. (except for the stitch i get as i'm unfit )

I am still unsure about how i'm shaping up. I used to train my chest heavily as everyone just about does thinking it will rid the gyne, so i am finding i have quite a large chest (not flat) with muscle as i can now dance my chest up and down when i flex, so as the swelling is reducing i'm tring to get used to the stranger i am looking at.

The scar, if i can call it that, where the incision was is just amazing. You really have to look to even know they were cut. Underneath the skin under the nipple has gone really hard, feels like hard gland again but they are getting smaller all the time i assume this is the scar tissue people talk about but it is the main cause of my chest still looking breast like.

Well i still have a long way to go, and with my intent to be low body fat by the time i reach the 6month mark that Baranski wants me to wait before he shapes me (if needed) with lipo, i'm sure i will be happy with things.

Hi Ian, you sound like you are making a great recovery . It's a great feeling to look in the mirror and notice improvements , it gives you that extra drive and motivation to push yourslef further. I think a lot of men on these forums are going to notice the same thing after surgery , becasuse every single one of us has hit the chest hard in a futile attempt to rid it of gyne....but on the bright side , we end up with cracking pecs after the op...lol  .
I wene to the gym again today , needed to destress after the Morning exam . I managed to do 20 mins cardio ( treadmill) before i started on my chest and triceps. I am now back on to the same weight i was finishing on before for my chest ( 27 k Dumbells flat bench) but i am not doing many reps. I am not bothered though as last week i couldn't even do the 27's ...so i think i am healing nicely. I have no pain now but i do have a little tenderness when i prod my fingers in deep on and around the scar tissue.

If you do go back for lipo , send me a post card of one of them awfull wooden figures. It will keep kids off the grass. I think, you wont need to go back if you are still healing at this rate in 6 months time....if anything you may need to go back and get fat injected due to all the cardio....lol

Lads i started a new thread, so those who are going to Poland can post their dates and those who are  still to book ,can post their prefered dates... . Then you can all find activity partners......

I had no pain either mate, i found my nipples tingle like you say but then in a few days they do feel numb as the swelling starts. Will type more later hope all goes well.

Congrats asmallmeasureofpeace, like Mark says welcome to the club. U get surgery and a free holiday, still for a third of what you'd pay for surgery only in the UK. Been to Poland had surgery , now healed and the only one who knows about it is me - (cos I travel for work in europe every now and then- I made out it was just another biz trip).

Who's currently out there? is it Givemerespite?

I think all the Poland Club boys should get together in the UK at some point and toast Mark and congrat each other !

Ace: Are you nearly 100% recovered? Could we see some recent pics....of your chest and not family holidays .
Ian: How's the gym going? I am stil training hard but the heat of the gym is really starting kill me now...i feel like i have been working out in the desert . I am thinking about investing in a vest...lol. Its been a long time since i had one, so it will feel strange with one one.....i still look down at my chest al the time and still walk with my arms folded but hopefully old habits do die .

It will be swelling mate. When i first looked the swelling made my chest look worse than before the op. Can't believe it's been 4weeks tomorrow since the op, that has gone so quick.

Still swollen but it's going down slowly, the lumps are getting noticably smaller with regular massaging. I'm having no problems at the gym doing anything now,i'm on a light weight and more reps workout, and alot of cardio at the moment to get my fat level down, so haven't tried to lift as heavy as i used to. Lost just over half a stone since the op and i'll continue like this till i am slim again!!

I hope everyone else is healing well, who's next out there? Anybody booked in?

AFTER THE OP YOU WANT TO LOOK DOWN AND SEE A FLAT CHEST UNDERSTANDLY BUT WITH THE HEALING COMES THE SWELLING.TIME IS THE HEALER AND THEN THE SWELLING DISAPPEARS. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AM A BRICKLAYER   ???WELL  AFTER WHAT I HAVE READ I WANT TO BE A POLAND BOY.AND DUMP THE BICTHS THAT WHAT S MY SON CALL S ME WHEN WE WORKING IN THE SUMMER TOPLESS .(BICTH T TS) I HAVE E MAIL ESCULAP AND ASK FOR A DATE TOO GET RID OF THE BICTHS.
