i got severe scar tissue on 1 i side of my chest the LHS.  i think this is contributing to that side looking much bigger also.  im gonna be massaging that side twice a day, compared to 1 on the other

ill get some vit e tommorow then, i have a large amount of scar tissue on one side of my chest that runs quite a bit in length. Hopefully with massaging that will help.

Yes i bought 2 vests from euro surgical and it cost me over £100. Think Underworks are the cheaper alternative. Thought the price was worth it though as ultimately you want the best you can and its not worth risking jeopardsing results by going with less effective methods.

because i have scar tissue down both sides of my pecs and when i tried to lift my arms up it pulls realy tight as if i have an extra tendon wich used to show through the skin and looked horrible, but nows its almost gone apart form a couple of intermitant lumps.

Hell yeah mines clearing up well fast, i thought id hit the scar tissue while it was relatively young and soft so it breaks up easy and stops any more forming, il get full range of movement easyer also, so when the scar tissue that remains starts to shrink il already be on top of the problem, instead of waiting untill the scar tissue has hardend and shrunk, then this would be a pain in the ass to recover from, get stuck in geg , some light massage now will pay dividends in the long road to recovery!.

any updates people?
my swelling is going down more now and chest startin to look better.
i still have lump of scar in middle of my chest causing indentation which i have started to massage.
im taking vit E multi vitamins and ibuprofen still.i am gona start to do some light cardio with the vest on see how it goes-maybe bike or running if i dare!

my update is it looks like im gna have a serious battle with scar tissue.  its on the side of my chest that looks bigger.  i wanna get rid of it asap so i can tell if its scar tissue making my chest look bigger or left over gland/fat.

went to a massager on friday. i told him i had scar tissue on my chest, he said i had about half inch of it, which is a lot.  he said massaging wit fingers wont break it down like normal scar tissue.  so he pulled out this sander, i was like wtf is dat.
he said its a massager for the skin, which he got from usa.  said it acts like a sander and vibrates very heavily and helps to break up scar tissue, and relieve aches n pains.
when he used it on me it was very noisy, didnt hurt tho.  he used it against d scar tissue on a circular motion.
as soon as i went home, put on my vest again, and chilled.
the next day i probably saw a 20% reduction of scar tissue, the chest had taken more of a shape, tho i can clearly now see a lump in the middle, very idented and lumpy.
i might see this guy once a week, he charges £30 a session but seems to help.   im gna carry on massaging as normal tho, once in the morning and evening.
i think i have more scar tissue then the normal person would cos ive had like 3 surgeries now, but im determined to get rid of it all.

Good to hear things are improving for you Geg. Everythings the same for me atm havent noticed any changes.

UK how did you find the massage guy, and did you tell him you had gynecomastia surgery? I had a look in my local book and non of the places offering massage seemed genuine and i doubt they would do a good job. Gentlemens club etc. One of them even has a red light in the window, so i dont know how to find a genuine one.

Is anybody sleeping on their fronts or sides yet? Im still sleeping on my back and would like the freedom to be able to get comfortable at nights.

i didnt tell him i had gyne surgery, just said i had a cyst develop which was painful, which they removed.  he bought it i think.
i found this guy thru the gym i go to, or used to go to, aint been gym for like 4 months now.

i was sleeping on my sides like 1 week ago.

yes uk mines a big lump whch shows through the chest making a indentation-not nice looking but hopefully is improving.im just hoping that the vitamins and non steroidal anti inflam are helping.or i will be getting some hydrocortisone!!!!!!!
remember its still early days.i still cant wear a t shirt with out the comp vest as the gyne has now been replaced with swelling/scar but it shud disappear over time.remember its only 3-4 weeks mate.youve got another 5 months to go !

by the way i have also noticed putting the comp vest in the washing machine seems to shrink it?well defo tightens it so i have put it in twice in the machine and its really nice and tight now.before i was wondering if it wasnt tight enough.im also putting it over my tshirt not under as it seems to irritate my skin and the skin with moisurizer just seems to get the vest dirty really quick but its ok if it goes on the tshirt.

geg the identation i got on my chest was from my first surgery i ever had.  and it has not yet gone, its still visible.  yes it has got better but not lots.
