Day 22:

I have stopped wearing the tensor bandage since yesterday. Started to use the Dermatix on my lipo incisions.
It feels great to be tensor-less... After 21 days of having it on, and then removing it, it feels soooo good.. lol

I think I may have had minute improvements since what I looked like about a week ago.
Very minute though, like less than 5%.. It might even just be all in my head.. But as long as it's getting better this is all that counts.

What I do have is a crease across both sides when I bend over. This might be due to the fact that the skin droops a little and has not fully adhered to the muscle.
We'll see in the next comming weeks.
I can sorta sleep on my side now, not fully, but partially.

I have not commenced working out yet, It's still too early IMHO.
I will wait until the 4 week milestone before engaging in any physical workout activity.

Although I have been doing everything else that I did prior to surgery, so I'm fully back to normal in that sense.
Working on the car, around the house, painting, drywall etc..  ;)

1 Month:

I feel great, the only time I have any kind of pain is if I press relatively hard in the areas that were operated on.
Like last night for example, I was being stupid and playing around with my cats on the living room floor (hardwood) and rolled over.. lol
That kinda hurt pretty bad... lol

As for the progress, I think it may have gotten a little better, but again, very very minute changes if any.

I have started doing crunches again, but not weighlifting.
My skin still has that kind of droop when I bend over, maybe not as bad as before. I need to lose body fat, because my nipples are a little sunken inwards as there is still fat around the bottom of them. I hope this gets better.
Thats all for now.

Hey,

Yes nearing the 2 months mark...
Things have gotten slightly better, no more droppyness when bending over. But there was clearly not enough lipo done on my sides, I have been working out like a mofo and still doesn't make much difference. Putting that asside, I'm probably at the 90% content mark :0)

Nope, not sore at all..
The only time it's a little sore is when I sleep on my stomach and there alot of weight on my chest, but even then I wouldn't really call it sore.. more of a slight soreness feel....

I started doing weights again at the 4 week mark, and had to stop. So I gave it another go at 5weeks and have been going since...
