puffy nips came back

I was on a stack of tamoxifen and rebound xt (self diagnosed).  20mg of tamox each day, 2 pills morning rebound, 2 pills evening rebound.  I took the tamox and rebound with CLA.  After about a week my puffy nipples looked much better, however i was feeling very light head and foggy so i stopped taking it after some advice on this board.  I continued the rebound xt, tapering down to 3 pills, then 2, then 1 for few days.  I cut the stack short because i was still feeling light headed while taking rebound.  Now i have stopped taking everything and feel much better, but my puffy nips came back to how they were prior to taking everything.  Is this to be expected?
