ur strength will go down a lil bit due to stiffness and being "lazy" for a month, but about after a month of working out u'll be back to ur pre op strength......probably even stronger

There is no direct effect on strength other than the fact you have to rest for a month or maybe more. They're only removing fat/gland, not muscle, so strength loss will be purely dependent on how long you rest, however dont jump into it too quick, because thats when your chest will suffer the most and you'll lose great amount of strength when you cant workout for an additional three months!
