I'm really jealous of the fact that you got rid of yours at such a young age. That's awesome how yiou got some insurance coverage for it. I think a lot of members would greatly appreciate it if you posted how your doc got it covered for you. I would've gladly switched to Aetna for a year if I thought I'd get my surgery paid for.

Anyways, congratulations on making it through the surgery. You'll feel much better once you get the drains out. I think you'll be fine for whatever dancing you want to do by your Prom.

Thanks for the update...

Your PS used the top half of the areola. Did she say why? Most PS's choose to cut the lower half. It's really of no consequence, I'm just curious...

um well besides diet, i loved to run. it felt awsome running the same trails and everyday it getting easyer and easyer to the point where i had to change it up because of the challange of it decresing. i ran about a 2 mile trail atleast 2 times a day. usally in the morning and at night. i NEVER ate and went to bed. if i had something to eat at 10pm, i ran at 11pm. it was a good 30min run. i loved it. running at night when the streets are empty with my ipod blasting. good summer nights. but now that i had my surgery i cant run. ima go for a walk today but it just sucks. i would much rather not have boobs tho so im happy. so just eat right and do cardio to lose weight. but also ballance the weight room. i didnt. i just ran and lost a lottttttttt of muscle. hope that helps! PS- i got my drains out yesterday, i feel AMAZING! i can move!
