This web site is about helping those with gynecomastia. Acceptance is one solution and surgery is another. I appreciate the views and comments from the older group, which I am a part, as they add more balance and reality to the forum.
Dlink, what are your motives? Mind games? It appears you are belittling those that have decided to accept their condition.
My motives are to learn and gain knowledge on how gynecomastia works, how to fix it, and how to pick the best doctor I can so I can solve the problem and not be disfigured or require multiple revisions. The motives I had trouble with was Hammer who kept telling me the person did not have gynecomastia because everything was relative and in the eye of the beholder.
Many people say, " why don't you go to Doctor X" and my answer would be " because he seem to only leave the job half done"
I understand that some results are better than others, but this is just ridiculous amount of gynecomastia left here. Its even creating its own shadow from the large size. This picture was on the website on a recommended doctor as one of the better works.
I did not realize there were a group of people on this board which were dedicated to denying the gynecomastia problem. Perhaps if he would have explained where he is coming from, it would have helped me understand but I felt like I was trying to ask question with someone who is trying to dodge the question.
Do you remember when they asked NSA's James Clapper if the NSA is collecting information on American citizens and he was like " NO SIR, We don't do that here at the NSA,etc.."
Then the whistle blower came out and released all the information showing how the NSA is spying on us,etc...
The guy's response was " oh, I thought collect means that a person physically reads it not that the information was being stored and I did not think anyone would ever find out"
Well, that is how I felt when I was asking about an obvious revision case of gynecomastia and what could made a better result and I am getting responses like " oh, its in the eye in the beholder, who is to say that he still has gynecomastia,etc.."
It feel like he is just trying to play mind games with me. Perhaps trying to trick me into thinking the gynecomastia is not there.
Its like the emperors new cloth story, were the emperor and people surrounding him were convinced that he was wearing great new clothing but he was being manipulated by a con artist.
If anyone was playing mind games it was hammer trying to tell me the person in the picture did not have Gynecomastia when in fact he obviously did. It was not even like a mind case were you could be 50/50 if it were gynecomastia. It was a very obvious case of gynecomastia as you can see from the picture.
I just wish he would have explain what type of member and missing he was trying to accomplished.
