thanks for the nice words.

i just came back from work. and what I did this day is try to walk without almost hiding my chest so that i may know if it is ok. the reactions i got from morning to noon are: some don't care, some look at my chest looking for something, and some do laugh. when afternoon came, i went to the pantry to get some water and a group of people (more than 20 people - boys and girls) laughed and said "boobs". that was really harsh.  when i came back to my desk, i was really stunned and really can't believe someone said that.  it is possible that the severity is not captured on cam?

Ill try taking pictures tomorrow of whole body picture without shirt so that you may be able to judge if there is something wrong. Im really tired and sad this day.  This chest ruined almost everything in my life... 

by the way, what is the best way of doing bench press? before, I do 3 sets and 4-6 reps(failure before going 7). Ill mix it with diet and cardio.

yes very nice point there. that is what i am thinking too with my co-workers.


anyway, the group of people who laughed at me this afternoon are all strangers. its a same company, but different location (i was assigned there just for this day). it really sucks when you are being laughed at. When I heard them said "boobs", first thing that entered into my mind is to quickly get away to be able to get out of their sight.


i really love to open this to them but I am afraid of the outcome.


Ill try to improve myself through diet and exercise. I think Ill try this first before consulting another doctor...

yes its possible but my problem is it will be broadcasted once I go to my boss.    In our company where there are thousands of people, news from other department quickly spreads around. We have an ethics guidelines and they have a violation for discrimation due to physical appearance. But I am really afraid that it will make the matter worse. Instead of them getting fired or suspended, I just want to simply kill them. 

btw, here are my whole body pictures. Is there something wrong with the way it looks? I think that my chest sticks out more because of the muscles underneath it (I can make my chest muscles move because of my work out before but it looks odd because of large breast). But is it still possible to lose most of that fat on top of it?  I dont plan to have all the fat in the chest to be gone, I just want it to look normal.

Dude you look fine. You do sound very depressed and insecure though and having had 3 ops already will play its part in that. It sounds like youre having trouble letting go of the gyne and still blaming it for everything youre wirried about. I really recommend seeing your doctor and getting some help for how youre feeling.

You do not need any more surgery.

thanks for that. im prepared to remove gyne on my mind and focus on living a normal life. But the reaction of people around me, keeps me insecure. Yesterday, I saw people laugh, but I just tolerate them. But what I can't accept is that somebody shouted "Boobs" and laughters after that. Yes you are right. I am really really depressed up to now. Reading nice comments and posts in this forum reduces my depression for a while.

Actually, I really dont want any surgery anymore. I hate the recuperation period and the expensiveness of the surgery...

Looks like cardio,diet, and exercise will be my focus as a solution for my problem.

hello

i spoken to my girlfriend just 6 hours ago and she said that she can't understand why people treat me harshly. reading nice comments here and the harsh treatment I got last friday at the office really confuses me with what is wrong with me.

yes, you are right. People here in the Phil (although not all) are rude when they saw people with gyne (Im not sure in US? because I havent come home yet to US since I was 5 years old coz my father opted to finish my schooling here in Phil). It looks like people here socially accepts a man with chest as flat as a board. although I can see man with breasts but they are really fat, which makes it proportion. I saw a TV show in the US where a man has a large chest but his arms are so big and muscular, which makes it very proportion. It makes me think that my problem physically is that my entire body is not well-proportioned with my chest.

We had the same treatment here in the Phils. Although I never went to some swimming after college, cause I give a lot of excuses just not to swim. I remember swimming once when I was 17 years old, and people are looking at me. That was the last time...

Yeah, like you I also get a lot of comments here "Boobs","Booba" (the movie where the boobs of the girl is very big), "Suso", "Dede", "Ang laki laki" indirectly too. I can also see some people looking at me and  see them whispering and giggling. Which really breaks my day 

I deeply sympathize with what happened to you and your girlfriend. Is it gyne that caused the breakup?

Can you share tips on how you managed to lose 40lbs? How many months did it take? Any supplements/pills you took? Are you treated nicely by people there in US?

yes, but that's the reality here.  most of the people here have small body frames, and seldom are those who have big body frames. looks like im in the middle of small to medium frame... maybe that's why they expect me to have flatter chest.

sad, i went from 187lbs 24 % BF after i left from the phil and went to 132lbs 12% BF a year later.  i mostly cut down on calories, fats, carbs and did very little exercise.  i started with healthy choice meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, no snacks in between and if i did have any, it would be like crackers.  when i didn't have healthy choice, i would just have a turkey sandwich with fat free cheese, the veggies, and no mayo.  i would eat fruits and drink only water.  with this i went down to 148 lbs. for the last 16 lbs, i added hydroxycut ephedrine free to my diet regime.  this approach with a touch of depression caused by gyne will not fail u, i guarantee.. at 132 lbs, i looked very scrawny and dehydrated looking so i bumped up a bit to 140lbs which will be my maintenance weight..

man thanks for that. my plan is to go on diet, cardio and exercise. put some muscle definition even im losing weight. i wont target muscle bulkiness as of the moment. i just want to get rid of my gyne.    Eventually, in case my gyne will disappear, I will bulk up to be stronger and big to be able to kill all the people who insulted my gyne.  hahaha

I think the after looks pretty good. I think he if got your BF a little lower that you would look great.

didn't look too bad, maybe a little puff going on?  but hard to tell from the lower-grade pics.  what specifically are you feeling or seeing, did he leave too much in still?

Im still depressed. I can still see people giving bad reactions when they look at my chest

i am post-op on my second lipo/excision and honestly my results will be looking like yours if not worse.  Its disheartening when someone thinks thats is THAT bad and feel like its the end of world.

I dont know if its fat...

but everytime i stretch my arms sidewards it looks like there is an abnormal mass of gland underneath my nipples.

I can see some people stare at my chest, some people give devilish smile but some just dont care. well, I dont know. Im really really confused.

yeah man i think yr paraniod.  Perhaps if you look down all the time and spastic and look like the 'crazy' guy.  Then yeah people might be staring AT YOU not your chest.
