dogudders you're right, you are never too old, I've heard of people in their late 60`s getting it done! well done in booking in the surgery, any advice I'm here for you man!
So my chest has changed again, today it is insanely flat, almost too flat, the muscle definition has gone...I know this is all part of the process though, so not worried at all.
My confidence walking through the street with a tight cardigan on is immense, smile on my face, getting all kinds of looks from women...liberated, free minded, the shackles feel like they've been broken

Can you get away with wearing tight stuff with the vest on? I was thinking I'd be wearing denim shirts for a month!

Do you think people will be able to tell you've had something done? If your chest goes from protruding to completely flat.. someone is surely going to notice right?

Mate my body composition is completely different, just the way I stand up and the way my clothes fit to my body... its crazy how different I look and feel inside...

my chest looked more defined yesterday, today its almost too flat, but as everyone says it changes constantly...ill keep my photos updated once a week

Will, they cut out the gland from a small incision under the nipple, 4 grams of gland from the left and 6 from the right was removed. I think they said 200 ml of fat in total was sucked out as well

My right nipple bled a little when I took off the plasters for shower, I ripped the wound open again, wasn't being careful enough...be wary of the plaster sticks to the skin around the nipple and can tear the incision open again if you're careless...apart from that all goof pain minimum

I'll have a proper look when I get home!  I've moved my consultation again... it's now next week haha!

The earlier I have it the more choice I'll hopefully have over the date!

Seems like your pretty mobile... if that's the case I don't mind having before xmas!

How long do you have off work? How long do you think is needed? Also can anyone tell you've got the vest on?

If you wear a jumper over the vest you're fine, people will tell if it's a t shirt or just a shirt I reckon mate. I'm self employed sk went into my office today and did a little bit of work actually...only for like 5 hours, felt like lying down...now chilling out. You're allowed to take the vest off for at least two hours a day. When I get my takeaway I'm going vestless in this packed takeaway I know with this bright blue Ralph Tshirt I used to never get away with...it's going to be a mad experience hahaha can't wait, it's so weird

Firstly, what a great effing job! Looks great. 

Secondly - our body comp is very similar even right down to the gyno - felt like i was looking at my own body. I had 250 from each removed and 16g gland from memory. 

That feeling walking down the street is insane right?!? Completely different person! 

FYI - Willamb - nobody questioned anything with me - people dont look at it half as much as we think but i guess thats part and parcel of the problem.
