u can if u want but if u feel the slightest of pain i would stop, u will feel a lot better 3 weeks post op.  im 4 weeks and im gettin back to cardio today.  let us know how u feel.  nice log by the way im proud of u and ur surgery congrats u look good.

hey so um its been about 3 weeks post op today. do u think its cool if i start running again? like light run. get a sweet going. i havnt worked out in over 3 weeks. its really getting to me. its hard to diet with no working out. i have my last docs appointment on tues but i dont feel like waiting. what do u all think? i feel 2000%

no i wouldnt u had a pretty severe case compared to me and mine told me ddont do anything that will make u sweat for 4 weeks, but i wanted 5 to be on the safe side, the reason for that is if u swear it raises ur blood and u could swell up, i swelled up after 10 days which cause more scar tissue for me ...

hey btw congrats, ur doc did great job, u look good man, im proud u had the balls to get it done and ur lucky ur parents were cool about it, i had to do my surgery in secret and no 1 knows except me cuz my parents arent understanding

Brahssss. ok well on July 15th ill be 3 months post op. my life is so great now. people say i look amazing. i just started working out on saterday and already feel so good. ive started my cut. im planning on being a beast next summer. haha

In your second last pic... looks like you have some major skin creasing. Or are those your scars? Could you take another pic with some better lighting conditions...

Yeah, I agree that is a rip-off at $100. A very tight $5 t-shirt would be just as good...
